Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund policy

On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item, the first thing you should do is notify AirBringr support through support@airbringr.com. On receiving a faulty item, AirBringr's return policy is given below:

For Pickup

If you had chosen Pickup, then we would request you to check the item when you’re collecting it. If you find any fault with it, you can leave it behind. Simply send us an email that you left it behind due to a specified fault. You will have to let us know within 24 hours of having collected it, then send the item back to our collection point within the next 24 hours from the point of informing.

For home delivery within Dhaka

You’d need you to let us know within 24 hours from the point of receiving the item and then send it back to our collection point within the next 24 hours from the point of informing. The shopper would need to cover the costs associated with the return of the item back to our collection point.

For courier deliveries

For courier deliveries, our policy is a bit different. You will get a 48-hour window to inform us and another 72 hours to send it back to our collection point. The shopper would need to cover the costs associated with the courier delivery of the item back to the collection point. After we’ve received the item, we will investigate it and will provide an update.

Post Investigation

If the item is found damaged/faulty/not working/wrong model/wrong size or color purchased, then we will either repurchase the item or will provide a full refund depending on your preference. After the item arrives, we will provide free delivery to your address.

If on the other hand, the item is not found faulty, then we will communicate with you. Then deliver the item as per its primary delivery method and the cost associated with the delivery will have to be covered by the shopper.





Cancellation Policy

After the payment for an order has been made it can be canceled only if the traveler hasn’t made the purchase. If the item has been purchased then, the order cannot be canceled.

Missing Items

If an item goes missing due to shipment delay from seller’s end, luggage lost at the airport, or unforeseeable circumstances. We will provide you with two options, you can take a refund for it or else we can re-purchase the item and send it to our next traveler.

Damaged Items

Since a traveler will be carrying your product from 8,000 miles away even though we use bubble wrap and hard-shell luggage to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. However, there are few situations that aren’t in our hands, such as delivery carrier handling, luggage handling at the airport therefore, the packaging of an item can get damaged.

If the product itself gets damaged, we will either repurchase the item or will provide a full refund depending on your preference.


Items Warranty

We provide warranties for only Amazon items for 7 days from the point of notifying that the item has arrived. As Amazon provides a 30 day warranty on selected items from the point of purchase, so within that time-frame the item has to be returned to the seller.

Unfortunately, for the items bought from any site except Amazon, we won’t be able to avail any sort of warranty. But if you want to directly claim the warranty from the seller then we will assist you with the order and other necessary details.
